From 1. to 31. April 2010 Hotel Savannah offers Eastermenu. Stop by the restaurant at the hotel to taste the delicious Eastermenu with asparagus.
 
Menu:
Egg tartare with salmon caviar
Cream of asparagus soup
Leg of lamb with currant liquor jus and herbed potatoes
Rabbit stew with sherry and cardamon, served with spinach and chive polenta
Roasted Zander fillet wrapped in smoked bacon on a bed of young asparagus, served with morel sauce and potato cubes
Fried apple cake with vanilla sauce
