Since June 2011, I have been the Executive Chef at the Hotel Savannah****deluxe. It’s my great honor to welcome you to our restaurant. It is my hope that the regional and international culinary cuisine that we offer, as well as our professional service, will provide you with an unforgettable gastronomic experience.
After graduation from the Yves Thuriès Culinary Academy, I was awarded the „Top Trend Chef" in Slovakia in 2011. My specialty is traditional home-cooking and I strive to prepare my food with the best regional ingredients just like Grandma used to make. Everyone in the Hotel Savannah‘s kitchen is committed to serving authentic cuisine with the highest quality ingredients.
For your health! After a consultation with Dr. Sudharma at the Hotel Savannah’s Ayurvedic spa, visit our restaurant to taste some delicious and unique Ayurvedic dishes that use a carefully-crafted combination of ingredients and spices reknowned for their healing effects. Upon request, our chefs will gladly assemble a custom menu, based upon Dr. Sudharma’s evaluation, to suit your over-all health.
