General Membership Terms and Conditions
- After becoming an SGC member, for each 1000 CZK that a guest spends on hotel services, 1 benefit point will be added automatically to the guest’s account.
- Points can be collected only for services offered by the Hotel Savannah****deluxe, including: accommodation, restaurant, wellness center and Ayurvedic spa treatments.
- Collected points can be exchanged only for services offered at the Hotel Savannah****deluxe that are reserved exclusively for the benefit club.
- Benefit points cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Services purchased with benefit points must be used at the time of purchase. Benefit points remaining after services are purchased cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Membership in SGC will end automatically if the guest does not sign into the account within 6 months from the date that the account was created.
- Hotel Savannah****deluxe reserves the right to change the General Membership Terms and Conditions on an as-needed basis. The members will be immediately informed about these changes.
- If the member does not cancel his/her membership within 14 days after notifification of any changes to the General Terms and Conditions, the member will be deemed to have accepted the changes and membership will continue in accordance with the new terms.
- The company „TRANS WORLD HOTELS, s.r.o“ which owns and operates the Hotel Savannah****deluxe affirms that the personal information of all members is processed and used in accordance with the law of the Czech Republic, generally and specifically in accordance with Law No. 101/2000, as amended. Personal information will not be used for any other purpose than enrollment in SGC or shared with any other entity without express permission from the member.
- Savannah Gold Club members will receive current information and special offers by e-mail to the registered e-mail or by mail to the address specified on the registration form.
