• Collect points each time you visit the Hotel Savannah****deluxe. Points are earned every time you reserve and stay at the hotel, dine in the gourmet restaurant, visit the fitness and wellness center, relax with a service at the Ayurvedic spa, or have a meeting in one of the hotel’s state-of-the-art conference rooms.
• Points will be aded to your account and can be exchanged for additional hotel services once you reach the balance required for the service that you’d like to use. Services are dependent upon availability.
• Membership is absolutely free of charge!

How do I become a member of the Savannah Gold Club?

Every guest who purchase 1000 CZK or more on services at the Hotel Savannah****deluxe automatically becomes a member of the Savannah Gold Club. Just create an online account and watch the points accumulate!

How do I get benefit points?

Membership is very simple. For each 1.000 CZK that you spend at the Hotel Savannah****deluxe, 1 club point will be added to your account. The more services you consume, the more points you accumulate and the more benefits you can buy.

What can I get when I exchange my benefit points?

The list of the benefits offered is posted on the hotel‘s web page at www.hotel-savannah.com/en/savannah-gold. The benefits include: hotel stays and upgrades, vouchers for the gourmet restaurant, and theraputic services at the wellness center and Ayurvedic spa. Benefits can be ordered only through the hotel‘s webpage. As soon as you place an order, we will send you an email confirming your purchase along with the availability of the service and booking information. In the event that your chosen date is not be available, we will provide an alternative date. Benefit points cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers must be fully consumed. Cash will not be provided for any unused portion of a benefits voucher.

How can I open an account?

Your account will be opened automatically by our system. All you need to do is to sign in! You can update your personal information or change your password but logging into your user profile.

How can I exchange benefit points for SGC services?

When you sign in to your account, you will find a list of actual benefits as well as the number of points you’ve earned. Benefits that you choose will be added to your shopping basket and there you can confirm your order. Your order will be automatically sent to the Hotel Savannah****deluxe. According to the availability of the services you’ve requested, our representative will confirm your order or will contact you directly to discuss alternative dates or choices.
