The historic city of Znojmo is only 15 minutes drive away. Situated on a hillside above the left bank of the Dyje River, Znojmo retains many beautiful examples of medieval architecture including a monastery and castle. Full of charm and beauty, it is a bustling town during the local wine festivals. Two of the most recognizable landmarks are the Gothic Church of St. Nicholas, built in 1348, and the Late Gothic Town Hall and its 75 meter high tower, which was built in 1446.
Just a few kilometers from the hotel is the beautiful National Park Podyjí/Thayatal, which offers many outdoor activities including walking and cycling tours, visits to historical landmarks and local attractions.
